Please complete the RO G&T Form GT-F-07 if you would like to make updates to your team TRF for this tournaments.  

The Form will need to be sent to Games & Tournaments at  gt_coord@easternregionringette.ca for approval. 

No player substitution will be allowed to play if the Form is not approved by Games & Tournaments.
