Bench Staff Registration Instructions
ALL BENCH STAFF
Until a bench staff is registered in RAMP REGISTRATION, they ARE NOT COVERED BY INSURANCE. Therefore, no bench staff is permitted ON ICE or ON BENCH without being registered (note: this is NOT the same thing as having the RAMP TEAM APP).
The process is simple and takes less than 3 minutes to complete and costs nothing:
STEP 1: go to GloucesterCumberland.rampregistrations.com
STEP 2: login using the same login you used when registering your player (if you don’t have one, choose “create account”)
STEP 3: once logged in, select “Coach/Staff Registration”
STEP 4: complete the process
- Select/add family member (i.e. your name)
- Confirm your information
- DO NOT select "Enhanced Online Police Information Check (Criminal Record Check)"
- Select you division / roll (i.e. head coach, etc…)
- Check off “staff - $0.00” (there may be a note at the bottom about RO fees; ignore this)
- Choose continue
- Sign all your waivers and continue
- If available, upload your Vulnerable Sector Screening or Criminal Records Check (if available) - if you do not do this now, you will need to add it later - then choose continue
- ENTER YOUR BENCH STAFF "PROMO CODE" PROVIDED BY GCRA - YOU MUST ENTER THE CODE AND "APPLY" IT IN BOTH BOXES (failing to do this will mean you have to pay the fees yourself)
- Click the SUBMIT REGISTRATION button
Once you have completed it, our GCRA Registrar will assign you to your team in RAMP which will then sync with the RAMP TEAM APP within an hour and allow you to see yourself in the RAMP TEAM APP.
